We’re looking for a determined and experienced marketing professional who will be responsible for and lead the implementation of our marketing plan and activities.
The Marketing Assistant Manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with our brand identity. Your knowledge in social media, coupled with your analytical abilities whilst turning creative ideas into action and vast knowledge of Vietnam online and offline marketing will help you draw insight from research and market analysis to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations and effectively grab market share. You will work on cross-departmental projects (Marketing, Admission, Academic team) and ensure alignment of goals and execution to drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
You will have experience of working in a multi-cultural environment for an international organization and enjoy being part of a team of passionate marketers.
The Marketing Assistant Manager reports to the Head of Marketing & Communications on daily basis, and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Strategic involvement: (70%)
• Commit on targets assigned and take initiatives to gain new market share or various approaches to achieve best results.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Proceed proactive communications to approach new channels
• Utilize and maximize resources based on market data analysis and provide results for certain growth.
• Extensive marketing knowledge with an ability to approach a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis for maximum exposure for the business.
• Create and lead relationship with related functions for achieving targets.
• Integrate in developing strategies and tactics that promote our school and drive qualified traffic through a multi-channel approach
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Contribute to the preparation of the marketing budget on an annual basis and monitor ROI by allocating funds using professional judgement
Daily operations: (30%)
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Create and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Support to manage the team members to fulfil marketing strategies
