Job Summary
Senior Integrated Marketing Executive/Integrated Marketing Assistant Manager will oversee and evaluate marketing campaigns managed by partners, monitor creative production processes, and track campaign budgets and performance analytics. This position plays a critical role in ensuring marketing execution is aligned with the brand direction, financial efficiency, and strategic goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Monitoring & Performance Analysis
Analyze campaign effectiveness across different channels and vendors; identify opportunities to optimize ROI.
Supervise all marketing campaigns implemented by partners (digital, branding, PR, events, etc.).
Consolidate reports and provide data- driven insights to the Team Leader for strategic decision- making.
Review campaign KPIs: impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, engagement, lead quality, and conversion performance.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand strategy, project timeline, and messaging.
Budget Tracking & Cost Monitoring
Track and record campaign budgets, spending per vendor/category and activity.
Maintain organized budget tracking reports for monthly and quarterly review.
Identify budget discrepancies, and overspending risks, and recommend cost- saving measures.
Support the Team Leader in preparing cost- performance summaries for leadership.
Creative Production Supervision
Coordinate with partners to ensure timely production of:
Review creative outputs to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and high- quality execution.
Track content production timelines and facilitate feedback/approval processes across departments.
Project introduction videos, animation clips, and teaser campaigns.
Ensure all materials are version- controlled, archived, and accessible for use across sales and PR teams.
Visuals: 3D renderings, lifestyle shoots, branding visuals.
Any OOH and advertisements.
Project brochures, sales kits, POSM, and event materials.
Cross- functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design) to gather up- to- date project content.
Align messaging across different campaign assets and ensure the brand tone is consistent.
Assist the Team Leader in preparing strategic presentations and proposals for campaign optimization.
(HP Project only) Assist the Team Leader in supervising the Mock- up Units and working closely with related partners (technical, property management, decoration vendors, receptionist, security, housekeeping,...) to ensure the Mock- up Units are running smoothly.
Requirements:
Experience working with external agencies, preferably in real estate, creative production, or advertising.
Excellent project management, time management, and cross- functional coordination skills.
Proactive and self- motivated with strong ownership of assigned tasks.
Strong attention to detail with an aesthetic eye for branding and creative output.
Able to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure.
Team player with a positive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs and reporting tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights.
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese.
Will be based in Hanoi Office, but business trips to Hai Phong (3- 4 times per month).
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing campaign execution, performance analytics, or creative project management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with budgeting and quotation analysis.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.
