As a Marketing Assistant at Go2Joy, you will be part of an innovative team focused on creating exciting TikTok content, managing advertising orders, and driving marketing initiatives. Your role is crucial in helping us expand our brand&039;s online presence and engage with our audience. By collaborating with TikTokers, creating compelling content, and supporting advertising efforts, you&039;ll contribute to our success. Advertising Orders:

Work with the Biz team and coordinate with relevant people on executing the advertising orders related to Video Review contents.

Partnership Activities:

Working on activation schemes to recruit new users at hotels.

Tiktok Channel Growth:

Contribute in creating creative contents for Tiktok channels on your own.
Cooperate with freelancers to generate video reviews for hotels and other creative content for Go2Joy 2 TikTok channels.

Campaign Execution:

Work with relevant agencies like media booking, social booking, creative agencies to generate and execute the campaigns related to
Collaborating with the design team and user engagement team to design materials for the campaigns.
Brainstorm with Content team members to generate ideas for marketing campaigns that strengthen Go2Joy awareness and branding.

Other Tasks as assigned by the manager.

Candidate should submit portfolio or individual&039;s tiktok channel (if any)
Project management and coordination skills (Intermediate)
Creative scriptwriting for TikTok content (Intermediate)
Experience: 1 years of relevant marketing or content creation experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Intermediate)
Video editing skills using CapCut or similar software (Intermediate)
Graduated University, College major in business/ marketing ; able to understand simple English.
Have experience in building Tiktok contents, having your own Tiktok channel is preferred.
