We are seeking a strategic and hands- on Marketer to lead our personalized customer experience journey. You will be the architect of personalized customer journeys. Your expertise will transform how we engage with our customers through intelligent, automated, and hyper- relevant experiences across email, ZNS, push notification, and more. You will not just run campaigns; you will build a sophisticated marketing engine that drives loyalty, retention, and significant business growth.
Build & Automate Customer Journeys:
Conduct A/B tests on content, timing, and segments to continuously optimize performance.
Design, build, and execute automated marketing workflows (such as welcome series, abandoned cart, and reactivation) to engage users at key moments in their lifecycle.
Manage the end- to- end execution of campaigns across our available channels (Email, ZNS, Push Notification), ensuring timely and error- free delivery.
Data Management & Personalization:
Segment customer data effectively to deliver relevant and personalized messages, even with limited tools.
Work with available resources to leverage customer insights for campaign targeting.
Champion data integrity and hygiene within our marketing database.
Hands- On Execution & Technical Craft:
Code responsive, mobile- friendly HTML emails from scratch or using templates.
Ensure all communications are on- brand and provide a consistent customer experience.
Manage the technical setup of campaigns, including tracking links, promo codes, and UTM parameters.
Analysis & Growth Mindset:
Adopt a test- and- learn approach to everything you do.
Analyze results, draw actionable conclusions, and present recommendations to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion.
Monitor campaign performance using native analytics and basic reporting tools.
Tool Adoption & Optimization:
Become a power user and expert of our current marketing tech stack.
Proactively research and suggest cost- effective tools, integrations, or processes to enhance our automation capabilities over time.
