Marketing & Campaign Execution (Under Marketing Management)

- Prepare supportive marketing materials such as premium, souvenir, etc for festivals and events as mentioned above
- Research, manage and coordinate venues, suppliers and contractors and all event logistics
- Plan, organize and execute marketing activities aligning with sales and marketing teams such as seminar, Top Rank, touring and other activities related with distributors and retailers
- Provide post – activity analysis, budget recaps, and participant feedback then incorporate learning into future plans
- Ensure all promotional and marketing materials meeti objectives, target timeline and budget & inventory control
- Register all promotional campaign with authority and related parties

- Knowledge of industry market, demographics and government processes is preferred
- Able to work at Vinh Phuc province, 6 working days/week (Monday – Saturday)
- Fluently in English
- Strong interpersonal and team management
- Demonstrated high level written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (with writing and brand building experience)
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing online marketing and execution on various online marketing channels including social media and website.
- Able to move quickly and efficiently through ambiguous situations
- Male or female at least Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related fields
