- Develop and execute content and collaterals to grow business leads and inbound traffic.
- Develop and execute all marketing and communication strategies to drive ST Engineering&039;s eServices digital presence and overall awareness.
- VN Marketing Team handles content creation, including graphic design and copywriting, and submits to SG Team for review and posting.
- Create engaging content and creative concepts, including graphic design and compelling copywriting, for online postings and marketing promotional materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style across all platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Support Marketing Lead to develop an overall plan and objectives for the organisation’s marketing and communications effort with the Business Development & Strategy teams.
• Generate high- quality writing for various platforms, including websites, social media, email, and print materials, tailored to different audience segments.
• Develop Marketing Promotional Materials- ( Brochures, Course Catalogues, Posters, Pull- up banner, TV- slides, Video, Brand Deck.)
• Manage online presence for the company including identification of outreach opportunities, drafting of posts and content, alignment and clearance of content internally and with Group Corp Comms. Key social channels may include LinkedIn.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, webinars and corporate visits.
• Develop event materials, such as banners, brochures, and presentations.
• Liaison to support campaigns, events, exhibitions and webinars.
• Prepare performance report of all marketing campaigns and channels using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.), assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and recommend areas for improvement or optimization.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
• Undertake other ad- hoc marketing- related tasks when assigned.
Required skills and experiences
- Familiarity with B2B & B2G engagement campaigns.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- 1 year of working experience in Digital Marketing
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Diploma/Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
