Marketing & Communication Executive - Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Saigon

Summary: Marketing Supervisor is part of the Sales & Marketing team, responsible for independently managing and executing Content Marketing, Creative and Branding initiatives to enhance brand awareness and support business objectives.

Responsibilities: Owning, managing, and executing marketing activities for the property, including but not limited to:

Developing, reviewing, and approving marketing content, copy, and creative materials.
Developing and maintaining partnership programs to expand brand visibility and business opportunities.
Planning and coordinating marketing- related events and activations with internal departments and external partners.
Owning brand identity execution and ensuring consistency across all marketing collaterals and artworks.
Acting as the main marketing contact point; managing marketing administration, budgets (if applicable), and coordination with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Leading the planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns from concept to implementation; ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business priorities.
Coordinating influencer, media, and endorsement activities in line with brand positioning.
Managing brand- related programs and coordinating with corporate or brand representatives when required.
Acting as the key person in charge of all social media channels, content planning, posting, and performance tracking.
Managing and controlling all website content, online listings, and photo galleries to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

Experience minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or service industries.
Experience coordinating with agencies, partners, or external vendors is an advantage.
Experience working independently and managing end- to- end marketing activities is highly preferred.
Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Content Marketing, Branding, and Digital Marketing
Strong copywriting, proofreading, and content editing skills
Ability to independently manage multiple marketing activities and priorities.
Experience working with agencies, vendors, and partners
Good planning, coordination, and basic reporting skills
Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Team Management Experience, Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience, Proofreading and Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Design Competency (AI, PS etc.) is a plus.
Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
