Marketing Communication Executive

• Content Creation:
- Craft compelling messaging that aligns with the brand voice and target audience.
- Develop engaging content (written, visual, and video) for various marketing channels like websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
• Social Media Management:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Create and schedule social media posts.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Campaign Execution:
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare reports to track the performance of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure consistent messaging.

• Male or female at least Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related fields
• At least 3 years of hands- on experience in marketing or communications
• Able to move quickly and efficiently through ambiguous situations
• Demonstrated high level written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (with writing and brand building experience)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluently in English.
• Strong interpersonal and team management
• Knowledge of industry market, demographics and government processes is preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Able to work in Vinh Phuc province (or sometime in Hanoi) with 6 working days/week (Mon – Sat) **
