Your Mission at kobi lighting studio
The mission will be consisting on leading simultaneously both
The MarCom Leader will be working back to back with kobi lighting studio’s Founder, implementing strategic Marketing & Communication objectives and related actions in order to reach targets as per the defined development plan schedule.
Participating on our successful establishment and development in overseas.
Reinforcing our leadership and recognition in Vietnam and SEA, promoting our Vision, Values, lighting know- how and outcomes towards the market.
In order to successfully lead that mission, the candidate behavioral and working approach is determinant
The Candidate shall be a positive builder, demonstrating a real team spirit, striving out with kobi’s management to deliver more justice in lights and protecting our environment.
The candidate shall have a high sense of ethics & responsibility, willing and able to smoothly & efficiently cooperate internally with other departments, and externally with prospects, clients, suppliers and any related stakeholders.
The candidate should be a proactive person, enthusiastic leader, resilient as evolving in a fast emerging region and start- up, open minded, able to progress within different environments, cultures and adapt to context’s changes, while being an excellent communicator and animator.
The candidate shall have a demonstrated interest in Art, Design, Sustainability, Sciences and Cultures. He/she should be a creative person intrinsically.
Our Requirements
Proficient in working on website platform (WordPress, Wix, etc.)
A result- oriented person, committing 2 to 3 years as a minimum
High adaption to multi- culture working environment
Strong organizational skills, methods & smart communication
At least 02 years experience in the same or equivalent position
Solid knowledge & familiarity with latest trends, management of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Behance, etc.) & graphic design softwares (Canva, Photoshop, Professional video editing software, etc.)
Proficient in English, Vietnamese (Fluent in French is a plus)
