Position Objective
The Marketing & Communication Manager will support the firm’s growth by implementing strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and creating meaningful platforms for subject- matter experts (Legal, Tax, BPO) to connect with the market. This position focuses on client engagement, content development, event coordination, and professional networking – not direct sales or deal closing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communication
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on design, printing, website updates, and campaign rollouts.
• Manage social media content (especially LinkedIn) to promote expertise and enhance brand reputation.
• Draft, review, and optimize English- language marketing content for both internal and external use.
• Develop and manage marketing materials: company profiles, service brochures, presentations, newsletters, and other brand assets.
Business Development Support
• Support client- facing teams by preparing capability statements, pitch decks, and tailored service proposals.
• Explore new branding formats such as podcasts, interviews, webinars, and thought leadership articles.
• Identify relevant networking events, forums, and seminars where the firm’s professionals can participate as speakers or delegates.
• Build and maintain connections with business associations (e.g., EuroCham, AmCham, GBA) and international chambers.
• Conduct basic market research and gather competitor intelligence to support strategic marketing and BD planning.
Event & Partnership Coordination
• Organize and manage external events (e.g., seminars, roundtables, client workshops) and internal initiatives (e.g., promotion ceremonies, staff events).
• Liaise with partners, venues, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Collect post- event feedback and prepare follow- up communications to maintain client engagement.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, and BPO teams to align event topics with market demand and internal strategy.
Internal Reporting & Collaboration
• Work cross- functionally with HR, Operations, and Service Lines to support internal communication and branding.
• Contribute to the development of annual marketing & BD plans.
• Report regularly to management on marketing activities, BD progress, and market insights.
