• Assist departments concerned in matters pertaining to public relations to support sales and marketing, food and beverage, employee relations, and community affairs.
• Maintain reputation management through creative social media and online review site campaigns. Report on marketing successes, opportunities, and strategies to all levels. Complete detailed competitive analysis for lifestyle brand hospitality.
• Coordinate and oversee public relations and promotional activities that support the needs of the property and outlets, with a focus on improved revenue performance. This can include photo shoots, broadcasts, celebrity interviews and other specific events. Also forge local partnerships and review opportunities for local level promotions and sponsorships to gain recognition and beneficial status within the community.
• Create and manage all brand packages and practices for the property including special events and promotional opportunities to ensure that they are in keeping with the Brand vision, and property goals. Maintain detailed marketing calendars for the property.
• Develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet the OWWA’s objectives.
• Assist in any other tasks assigned by the management.
• In charge in all purchasing order, par stock item for marketing.
• Responsible for filing of marketing communications document, and requisitioning of office supplies as well as maintain an effective tracing system for files and paper work.
• Observe and report on social, economic and political trends that might affect employers
• Preparing all the entire monthly reports.
• Manage all marketing channels and prepare all marketing communications for the property and outlets, including bars and restaurants. This includes all creating and managing all collateral assets, maintaining all brand communication guidelines and standards and acting as the voice of the brand. Specifically, this position is responsible for managing online media (special offers page, advertising, website content, event marketing), email marketing, and print (advertising, collateral, promotions).
• Possess good telephone manners and be able to answer inquiries about the residence to the media and the general public.
• Be aware of activities in the property i.e. food and beverage promotions, VIP arrivals, new appointments or promotions of employees that should trigger awareness or can be used for the e- newsletter.
• Coordinate with residence partners in terms of the co- promotion programs by submitting information required by partners.
• Design, produce collaterals and marketing and advertising products, regulate their distribution, and operate within the OWWA brand standards.
