KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Job summary –
• All Gain positive exposure and awareness of the Hotel by working with local and overseas media on press coverage, advertising and all sorts of promotions.
• Manage the daily operation of Public Relations Department including regular meetings with media, handling press release, preparing and coordinating hotel promotions, managing all promotional printing materials and advertising of the Hotel
Essential duties and responsibilities – (Key activities)
• All media call activities are to be properly documented for future reference and submitted to Director of Communications for review.
• Conduct the media calls in a systematic manner by planning in advance according to the set guidelines and business need.
• Other PR related tasks that Director of Communications assigned
• Compile and update the Press Release distribution list.
• In charge of the hotel promotional database and responsible for updating the database.
• Conduct proactive media calls to bring to the media the latest information related to hotel promotions and other activities.
• Assist in arranging training for other associates and be active in sharing experiences with others.
• Coach and counsel associates to ensure timely rectification of performance.
• Walk through the Hotel at least once daily to make certain that all display of the hotel promotional materials are placed properly and are accordingly to New World Hotel Management Ltd. Guidelines.
• Closely work with F&B on all regular promotions and promotional ideas.
• Participate in the planning and coordinating with all hotel promotions.
• Prepare press release on any hotel promotions and special events or activities and forward to respective media.
• Derive own SMART development plan fortify strengths and overcome weaknesses. (SMART = Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely)
• Coordinate with New World Hotel Management Ltd. Corporate Office to provide information on property promotions and events for featuring in both internal and external publications
• Ensure that all designs of brochures, flyers, posters and advertising are done accordingly to New World Hotel corporate brand guidelines and standards.

Experience (Kinh nghiệm)
• Experienced in marketing communication functions either as a Marketing Manager or PR Manager.

• 4 years’ experience in marketing communication

Required Skills (Yêu cầu kĩ năng)
• Ability to work mainly on stable hours but also at time of events, evening and week- ends when needed.

• Communication skills with all related persons and Management
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp với các bên liên quan và quản lý
• Good writing and speaking skills in Vietnamese and English. Any other language is a plus but not mandatory.
Khả năng viết và nói tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh tốt. Có khả năng ở các ngôn ngữ khác là lợi thế nhưng không bắt buộc.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft programs. Proficiency in use of Photoshop, Corel Drew and Illustrator is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications (Bằng cấp)
• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Marketing communication, advertisement, brand management or related field preferred.
Văn bằng hoặc Chứng chỉ nghề về Truyền thông tiếp thị, Quảng cáo, Quản lý thương hiệu hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
