Co- ordinate hotel photography shoots/talent where required, within budget.
Proof read copy of advertising, collateral and press releases where appropriate.
Work closely with WHG Regional Marketing Team if needed and instructed by the superior.
Keep up to date with the competition marketing trends, new concepts and activities, suggest and implement new innovations where appropriate
Coordinate journalist familiarizations/visiting journalist programs and site inspections as required.
Work with DOSM to identify and coordinate opportunities for media exposure, including media familiarization trips, media releases and influential bloggers, KOL, Travel Blogger…
Prepare administration documents required for marketing (i.e.: internet listings, advertising, booking of directory advertising).
Analyze and evaluate performance of marketing and promotion campaigns
Co- ordinate generic Wyndham merchandise and hotel brand.
Handle the administrative requirements of the DOSM
Adhere to brand and graphic standards
In accordance with the budget, manage all paid media including creative concept, artwork production and delivery and post- campaign assessment
Co- ordinate hotel brand standards collateral.
Assist with hotel promotions (i.e.: seasonal sales promotions and special events).
Monitor and update information and content of hotel’s website and postings on other digital platforms of the hotels
Manage Wyndham Skylake Resort & Villas website Channel Management System (CMS) and ensure national campaign banners are loaded as required. Ensure content is current and regularly updated. Ensure all collateral is compliant with Wyndham Brand standards and update it as DOSM requests.
Maintain and update media list for sending to trade, group and consumer publications on a regular basis, press releases covering special events, promotions, etc.
Coordinate with outside creative agencies (if without internal graphic designer) on the design and implementation of marketing collaterals and property stationary to ensure that the brand representation item, such as logo, is properly designed represented.
Coordinate the production of posters, publication of hotel’s newsletters/s and flyers for associates and the public, as well as other printed materials
Maintain collateral and conduct occasional audit.
Monitoring social media activities ( Facebook, Instagram, Twitter…., assist on- line inquiries and at the same time handling PR/PO preparation relating to media press releases
Attend marketing meetings/regional sales and marketing monthly conference calls and other meeting according on request.
Represent the Hotel at cocktail parties/dinners and other event where appropriate and assigned by DOSM
Maintain and update digital photographs/slides library
Proactively suggest promotions in other profit centers such as in F&B in- room dining, restaurant and bar seasonal promotions, Spa (health & wellness) promotions and design advertising materials accordingly
Assist with property marketing campaigns.
