To develop and maintain good relations with customers and other departments
Anticipate guest’s needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates.
Align working practices and conduct with Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts’ Vision as Laguna Lang Co’ Vision; consistently strive to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external guests
Demonstrate effective verbal and non- verbal communication skills
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Organize, co- ordinate and conduct media related site inspections
Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies. Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information;
Provide and update hotel information internally and externally
Provide support to Marketing Department
Use digital marketing techniques and tools to drive traffic to company pages;
Co- ordinate media activities and on- site media events
Assist in composing and translating press releases
Maintain and update database for marketing communications and public relations
Compile daily and monthly news clippings and marketing communications reports
Prepare content, images and maintain social media presence across all digital channels;

- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative, detail- oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with graphic design or video editing software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
