MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (Based in Ho Chi Minh or Phu Quoc Island)

Reports to DOSM/DOO.
To protects the correct image and positioning of the resort by adapting the brand’s standards in all collateral and advertising materials
Leads projects as assigned, such as cause- related marketing and special events.
Be responsible for the development of Marketing and Communication plans and budget management.
Supervise marketing & communications team in terms of management and information, photos and promotions update on the property’s website / online travel agent platforms on a regular basis.
Understand and guarantee the proper branding images are in place throughout the property.
Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the resort’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; and, all hotel marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth

Exhibit and encourage high- performance standards for themselves and others.
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Sense of premium art is a plus
Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility
At least two- year experience in a similar role in the hospitality or tourism industry.
Service- oriented approach to the job and a positive and energetic mindset
Be enthusiastic and bring clear ideas on how to supervise team.
Demonstrate honesty, reliability, ethics and professionalism; demonstrate consistency between words & behavior
