Design and manage integrated marketing communications policy for Angsana Quan Lan. This includes determining communication objectives, designing the message in accordance to brand guidelines and selecting appropriate channels of communication
Other tasks and responsibilities are assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing and the Management
Support commercial when needed and as assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing

Develop a full range of experiences, events and “stories” in order to solidify the value of the destination and the services and facilities in and around Angsana Quan Lan
Develop promotional tools to stimulate customer interest, purchase or investment and increase brand or product awareness. These include
Cultivate key media contacts in Vietnam, regionally and internationally
Identify opportunities to further expose Angsana Quan Lan to external parties through the creation and/or sponsoring of cultural, art, social, sporting and networking events that are aligned with the overall positioning of Angsana Quan Lan and sound in delivering a strong ROI
To appoint and then manage the relationship between Angsana Quan Lan and any local, regional or international Public Relations Agencies
Working closely with Banyan Tree lifestyle Services
Generate an annual calendar of marketing/advertising activities, Special Events and others
Prepare monthly reports on past and future activities and ensure ROI calculations are evaluated for each activity (including media returns)
To develop meaningful and beneficial relationships with Luxury Goods, Airlines, Automobile, Liquor Companies and Distributors etc. in order to co- promote each other’s products and partner for special events and projects
Develop and update the Angsana Quan Lan Press Kit, issue regular press releases, featured stories
Increase public awareness of Angsana Quan Lan through quality exposure in various media through advertising, editorial, awards, events and visiting journalist programs
Host special groups and media familiarization trips when appropriate and relevant
Develop and manage advertising programs, including managing the advertising budget, selecting the advertising message and evaluating the advertising effectiveness
Work closely with BTHR corporate marketing team for the creation and delivery of special events
Develop and oversee implementation of media relation goals and strategies, including handling of all media inquiries, press releases, organization of media events and press conferences, as needed. Will also be expected to maintain effective communication with major media representatives, editors and publishers
Ensure the accuracy and meticulous review of all marketing collaterals developed
