JOB PURPOSE

Growing Brands, Trade Mark to Customers
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. MARKET RESEARCH
- Reporting analysis results, forecasting market trends
- Collecting and synthesizing market data (Buying & Selling), customers data, companies data in the same industry.
- Researching and analizing market data in business area of company
2. BUILD MARKETING COMUNICATION PLAN
- Building Brand Management Plan and being in charge of implementing brand communication activities of the Company, product brands to Partners (Investors, Suppliers, Providers, Employees, Customers, etc.)
- Building communication content plan, multi- channel advertising marketing based on communication message.
- Building and organizing the implementation of outreach activities (Advertising, Marketing) to target markets, target customers.
3. MANAGE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PLAN
- Controlling, implementing and optimizing communication campaigns, advertising, marketing brand image, product of the Company on multi- media communication, advertising channels ...
- Controlling the quality of items, images, content, ensuring consistency and timely, accurate communication content about the Company, products.
- Coordinating with the Administration- Human Resources Department, the Internal Communication / Culture Development Department to carry out internal communication work through channels, platforms, publications, programs, activities to improve the effectiveness of interaction, communication, sharing, bonding of employees in the Enterprise.
- Other tasks as directed by the Head of Department;
4. MANAGE RELATIONSHIP WITH SUPPLIERS, VENDORS
- Maintaining and developing relationships with communication- marketing service providers to ensure the communication- marketing plan is implemented on schedule, achieving the set goals.
