• Works with the team in preparing the weekly/monthly social media content calendar for all social media channels and execute postings
• Update and improve website with content where appropriate
• Actively identify and engage influencers to share content about the property with their followers to drive awareness for the resort
• Execute jobs from briefs in the form of Project Requisition Forms
• Develop press releases for the resort and communicate to media through pitching
• May assist with other duties as assigned by management
• Maintain collateral and conduct occasional audit
• Assist with arranging media visits and handling of media at the resort
• Co- ordinate hotel brand standards collateral
• Liaise with Purchasing Department to brief suppliers for production when approval is obtained from all concerned parties for layout and copy
• Responsible for the in- house point- of- sale materials and collateral such as brochures, presentations, monthly promotional posters, banners and leaflets, and ad- hoc announcement posters
• Write and edit articles related to products and services
• Assist with brand standards policing
• Continuously keeping up- to- date with technological development and improved ways of working and suggesting those to team members and managers
• Other ad- hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
• Create Influencer marketing plan and host Influencers when they are at the resort
• Search, edit and create content for websites, fan pages, PR media and other sites of the company, ensure diverse and rich content.
• Proof read copy of advertising, collateral and press releases where appropriate
• Maintain and actively update media database
• Co- ordinate generic IHG merchandise and hotel brand merchandise, including gift items
• Look smart – wear your uniform with pride
• Actively ‘listens’ to guest sentiment on- line and ensure the resort responds accordingly
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the PR Manager and Director of Marketing & Communications
• Develops the knowledge and skill capability on- property to create a winning competitive advantage to be in Marketing, PR & Communication
• Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests

Education:
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Service years in the field : 2 year
Knowledge and skills:

Proven success in a similar role and environment.
Polished personal presentation with warm, confident and hospitable personality
Pride and attention to detail.
