**What You Will Do**
**Create Impactful Content**
- Produce short- form videos (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels) that are simple, engaging, and easy to understand
- Collaborate with our sales team to showcase equipment, customer success stories, and brand messages
- Manage content schedule, tone, and quality to ensure consistency with RCE brand
**Engage with Customers**
- Communicate with customers via Zalo, Facebook, and phone
- Listen carefully, respond clearly, and share insights with our internal team
- Turn customer stories and questions into inspiration for content

**Who You Are**
- Independent, but also collaborative: you enjoy being part of a team that is building something new
- A **creator at heart**: you have a sense for short- form content and know how to make videos engaging
- Native Vietnamese speaker, with fluent English skills
- Disciplined and reliable: you can follow through on deadlines and maintain consistent tone and manner
- A **people person**: you enjoy conversations, listening, and telling stories
**Nice to have (but not required):**
- Experience in marketing, customer service, or sales
- Previous work in startups or fast- growing environments
- Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, or TikTok/YouTube analytics
