Marketing Coordinator

- Coordinate journalist familiarizations/visiting journalist programs and site inspections as required
- Attend to all telephone, fax, email inquiries in a timely manner
- Attend marketing meetings/regional sales and marketing monthly conference calls
- Proof read copy of advertising, collateral and press releases where appropriate
- Co- ordinate hotel photography shoots/talent where required, within budget
- Arrange conference calls
- Prepare administration documents required for marketing (ie: internet listings, advertising, booking of directory advertising)
- Co- ordinate generic Lotte merchandise and hotel brand
- Co- ordinate hotel brand standards collateral
- Assist with promotions (eg seasonal sales promotions and special events)
- Maintain collateral and conduct occasional audit
- Represent the Hotel at cocktail parties/dinners where appropriate
- Ensure smooth work cooperation among departments and always provide support not to cause any interruptions in business
- Attend key meetings

* QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
preferred.
- Credentials: Working Experience in 5 Star Sales & Marketing Department Works preferred
- Experience: 1- 2 years in hotel accounting or an equivalent combination of education and work- related experience.
