- Provide marketing and communications assistance to the School Executive, Administrations Lead and Marketing/Sales/Admissions Department on all promotional, marketing and communications needs across the Hoi An International School.
* Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain and provide timely updates to web content for social media accounts and the school’s website: photograph and writes text for all engagement strategies highlighting school- life and services;
- Regularly conduct market research on technology, marketing, communication and brand strategies to stay current on social media trends, technology needs and ensure marketing efforts are meeting industry standards;
- Assist in establishing and maintaining professional relationships with both off- campus vendors and partners;
- Assists with special campus events and civic engagement programs;
- Facilitate periodic communication with school leads and any parent teacher associations to determine their marketing needs and monitor overall progress;
- Plan for, participate in, and assist in executing staff meetings with school leads and colleagues to meet optimum marking potential;
- Perform other duties as assigned, such as participation in events, committees, staff meetings, and on- campus duties;
- Assist in the responsibility for the inventory and maintenance of marketing- related equipment and technology;
- Assist with the development and implementation of evaluations such as focus groups, online

- Reviews all published written work for accuracy, spelling, punctuation, grammar, consistency, format, spacing and overall visual appeal;
- Responsible for all marketing project assignments: establishing parameters (including materials, costs, production schedule and the like), developing ideas and design comprehensives, and producing final products consistent with the initial supplied event information;
- Attend and represent the school at tabling and promotional events, on and off campus as needed (this may include weekend events);
- Establishing and maintaining a Social Media footprint through appropriate channels;
- Actively engage the school community through social channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Weibo, WeChat, KakaoTalk;
- Maintains bulletin boards and ensure that signage is up to date across the campus;
