Marketing Coordinator Full-Time 2024

Essential Functions:

Successfully work in collaboration with others.
Support marketing day- to- day operations.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the use and development of internal tools, including project management software, tracking capability, use of marketing material database, and websites.
Assist with social media and community management.
Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities, create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.

Assist in the coordination of special events.
Assist with maintaining CRM software.
Other related duties as assigned or needed.

Location: District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Helix Mesh, a branch of Swan)
Working time: Full- time (9:00am- 6:00pm), Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the job, business requirements, or the needs of the organization/department, you may involve various time shifts to coordinate with Canada Team and be available in EST/DST time zone in case of such necessity.
Work Location: In person (all business days)
Compensation: From 15 Million- Under 22 Million VND / Month (Gross)

This position will be responsible for develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities, create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content. The Marketing Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to support the Marketing Manager, support with Business Development and reports to the Marketing Manager.

Technical Skills:

Graphic design ( Figma, photoshop, Canva…)
Social Media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Discord, Telegram)
Video editing (Able to do basic video creation and editing.
MS Office Suite, Google Suite.
Email Automation ( Mailchimp, Hubspot …)

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field,

At least 2- 3 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
3+ years of content marketing experience (1- 2 years in crypto) with a focus on SEO and digital channels.
Key competencies are initiative, communication, teamwork, and dependability.
Technology, SAAS, Web3, or blockchain- related experience preferred.
Critical thinker with strong problem- solving and research proficiencies.

Knowledge and understanding of strategies and tactics for both B2B and B2C environments
Creative and innovative.
Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross- functional and remote global team environment.
A creative mind with superb English written and verbal communication skills. With the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and channels.
