Support Marketing & Medical Scientific Affairs department event management
- Arrange for delivery of documents and reserve our demo products, and any arrangements which is required for events when receiving the request by Department manager.
- Support Marketing & Medical Scientific Affairs members for preparing education grant, sponsorship, and other necessary documents to conduct events.
- Manage the event list to visualize our event budgets and status to sustain up- to- date information.
- Prepare and return brochures and/or promotion materials following the request from Marketing department.
- Submit the request which is approved by supervisor on ASFM and follow up the status until completed.
- Work with Compliance and F&A team to follow- up all the documents of the sponsorship, Grant contract and speaker agreement until the payment has completed.
Data Management
- Update the sales leads received at promotional marketing event activities into the file.
- Update the survey result received from our educational events into the file.
- Sort out and manage the teams channel data owned by Marketing department and Medical Scientific Affairs department to store the data on proper folder.
Knowledge improvement
- Accumulate knowledge and experience to use of new software provided by company.

- Other tasked assigned by Manager.

- Computer&039;s skill (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)
- PDCA skill, Communication skill, Teamwork skill
- Fluently speaking in English (TOEIC 650)
- Integrity, Empathy, Long- term View, Agility, Unity
- Bachelor&039;s Degree
- Have experience of medical equipment industry is preferred
- Marketing and/or IT is preferred
