Marketing Cost Controller

The job holder manage marketing effectiveness through effective centralized management of marketing expenses for the whole product, increasing coverage, transparency to optimize investments to manage the total Marketing Cost/TOI index. sales and ROI.
Job Purpose
The main task
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Effectively manage marketing by centrally managing marketing expenses for all products, increasing coverage and transparency to optimize investments to manage the total Marketing Cost/TOI index.
- Develop a framework to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize marketing investment costs, including: financial indicators (investment performance index ROI...); non-financial indicators.
- Effective management of the overall budget of marketing activities, specifically:
+ Analyze, propose, adjust, implement and manage the cost plan according to the financial year in accordance with the organizational structure in each period and in accordance with the banking regulations.
+ The focal point to provide data/data/analyze reports; Support the Director of Marketing Division to periodically report to the General Manager on the situation of Division expenses or other reports as required.
+ Monitor to ensure compliance with the unit&039;s cost budget plan, control all cost reports of the Division before submitting to the Division Director and authorities for approval.
+ Be responsible for signing and strictly complying with NDA (commitment to information security) – attach JD.
+ The focal point for monthly marketing reports to reflect the level of investment by channel, by product (for Retail Banking Division), by month.
+ The focal point to participate in system and tool development projects related to the bank&039;s cost management as assigned by the Division Director/Senior Director in charge of the unit.
+ Warn, monitor the implementation of the use of marketing expenses in the whole row to effectively set the strategic direction of the bank and the Marketing Division.
+ The focal point to coordinate with the focal units to implement the cost budget planning according to the general plan of the bank.
+ Propose to the competent authorities the handling measures for the expenses that exceed or are likely to exceed the budget and propose the application of sanctions, if necessary.
+ The focal point for building, developing and maintaining the cost management and cost allocation processes of the unit. Guide and monitor the unit&039;s compliance with the process, evaluate the factors affecting the unit&039;s costs.

Qualifications
- University or higher
Work Experience
- At least 7 years of related experience in the banking/advertising/media/marketing fields
Foreign Language
- English proficiency: minimum IELTS 5.5 or TOEIC 550 equivalent.
