Marketing Customer Support Operator

Responsibilities:
 Communicate with upper management on a regular basis
 Support clients in managing business operations. Make sure client business operations run smoothly without any interruption.
 Content publishing: Assist internal team to prepare and publish content
 Supporting clients in updating content and monitoring websites.
 Promotion supporting: Assist the team with readiness for promotional events, including reporting, tracking and code generation
 Give suggestions for operational improvements
 Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Requirements:
 Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new things and ability to work under pressure.
 Experienced in customer service, customer support roles.
 English fluency, especially in writing and reading (IELTS equivalent 7.0 ++)
 Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
 Good understanding with Marketing strategy, Marketing Plan.
 Having analytical skills and a logical mind.
