Performance Insights: Generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports on campaign performance, utilizing advanced analytics to guide continuous optimization and strategic recommendations.
Marketing Automation: Design and implement sophisticated customer engagement, retention, and upsell strategies utilizing best- in- class marketing automation platforms.
Martech Evaluation & Implementation: Assess, recommend, and seamlessly deploy leading marketing technology platforms to optimize efficiency, performance, and ROI.
Strategic Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of complex marketing data to inform strategic and tactical decision- making, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with marketing, IT, and data science teams to ensure optimal integration and utilization of Martech solutions.
AI Integration: Champion the strategic adoption of AI within marketing, identifying and implementing tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
Data- Driven CLCM: Develop and refine customer lifecycle management (CLCM) strategies, leveraging data analytics for exceptional customer acquisition, development, retention, and loyalty outcomes aligned with business goals.

AI Implementation: Demonstrated interest and experience in applying AI for marketing purposes, with a commitment to continuous learning and implementation of new AI tools.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects effectively and meet deadlines within a dynamic environment.
Martech Proficiency: Extensive hands- on experience with leading marketing technology platforms and a comprehensive understanding of the Martech landscape.
Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical and problem- solving skills to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to present insights, recommendations, and complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a closely related field. Master&039;s degree strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in marketing data analytics, with demonstrated expertise in marketing automation, CLCM, and strategic Martech implementation.
