Marketing Director

Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Set, monitor and report on team goals.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Brand management, Performance Marketing and content marketing for B2C business and assisting with B2B as needed.
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

What you need:
Vietnamese with English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in marketing
Strong creative skills, with excellent communication skills
Proficient track record with minimum 7-10 years in-depth experience in executing general marketing activities.
Highly adaptable, collaborative, can learn quickly to come up with prompt solutions
Held a similar role in a technology company or at an agency servicing a technology company
Strong analytical skills and data driven
Have a positive can-do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, have initiative and be proactive going beyond the call of duty
Demonstrate leadership skills, high standards of work ethics, driven by quality & productivity
