Marketing Engineer

1.1.Marketing activities
-Preparing, planning and managing the publication of all publicity materials to maximize company brand.
-Creating and developing the innovative ways to transfer the company message to existing and targeted customers.
-Planning and managing marketing events.
-Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
-Developing and implementing an internal marketing program.
-Be responsible for company website: manage, control and update letters/ events. Build up and develop website be more attractive as well as propose method for improvements
-Prepare and manage marketing tools (catalog, presentation, company profile, product information…)
-Cooperate with salesman for organizing marketing events such as exhibition, conference/ seminar, workshop… for marketing purpose.
-Follow up, review and manage all agreements between Principals and company if any.
-Other tasks as assigned by line manager
1.2.Distribution activities
-Directly work with Supplier, agency to build up company image (such as catalog, presentation, company profile, product information)
-Consult & support distributors in relevant tasks
-Build up, manage and develop the distribution system for all products of TTE.
-Consult & support distributors in relevant tasks
-Design distribution channel for every product/area following the Company’s strategy
-Recognize, define, appraise and select the right distributor in order to build up the beneficial distribution system.
-Support accounting & financial department in payment progress with distributors.

-Bachelor’s degree required.
-Proficient in English and Ms. Office, especially for Excel and Power Point
-At least 03 year experiences in marketing field.
-Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and planning skills;
-A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, creative thinking with good analytical skills
-Proactive, adaptable and flexible;
-Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadline;
-Ability to work independently or in group.
-Fluent in English (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing)
