MARKETING & EVENT COORDINATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and execute marketing and promotional events, both online and offline, to enhance brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives. Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and on- site coordination. Develop comprehensive event project plans and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. Collaborate with cross- functional teams to create event concepts, themes, and messaging that align with the company&039;s marketing strategy. Create and manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to management. Develop and implement media and communication plans to promote events through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, press releases, and advertising. Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution of event- related activities. Monitor and evaluate the success of events, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements for future events. Maintain updated event calendars, databases, and documentation for efficient event planning and tracking. Stay updated on industry trends, event best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously enhance event strategies.
