Collaborate closely with the R&D team in developing new products: conducting consumer insights research, identifying trends, and proposing product concepts.
Coordinate with external partners/agencies to roll out marketing activities including content production, KOLs/influencers management, media booking, etc.
Take charge of developing product concepts and brand positioning that align with the target audience.
Manage content for all brand- owned channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website, and in- store POSM materials—ensuring consistency in tone and brand message.
Analyze market performance and consumer feedback; provide data- driven proposals for campaign improvements.
Build and execute integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans for each product or campaign across both online and offline channels.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Strong leadership, proactiveness, and ability to take ownership of projects.
Proven experience in product development from ideation to market execution.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; preference given to candidates with experience in FMCG, beauty, or personal care industries.
