Directly report to: Brand Manager & Group Brand Manager
• Working with research agencies to conduct marketing research projects, monitoring marketing trends and identifying potential areas;
• Conceptualizing thematic marketing campaigns;
• Coordinating the launch program to external as well as internal employees;
• Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market researches;
• Competition tracking and benchmarking;
• Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel;
• Coming up with ideas for new package designs of products;
