Marketing Executive (Chinese Speaking)

* Marketing & Prospect Development
- Improve and update marketing information, ensuring accuracy and alignment with VSIP Can Tho s branding and investment promotion messages.
- Study and analyze prospects thoroughly to build effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Offer prospects complete and update information on VSIP Can Tho, including land and availability, infrastructure, utilities, legal procedures, and investment support policies.
* Prospect Follow up & Pipeline Management
- Carry out follow up actions with all assigned prospects to ensure timely responses and consistent engagement.
- Review and update the region s tracking systems (CRM, pipeline reports, tracking sheets,...) to ensure accuracy of prospect information and progress.
* Reporting & Documentation
- Organize, store, and maintain paperwork, documents, and computer- based information systematically for easy retrieval.
- Prepare monthly reports to BOD
* Internal Coordination & Audit Support
- Assist with internal and external audits, including preparing documents, retrieving records, and coordinating with relevant

* Knowledge
- Good at PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Customer- oriented
- University graduated
- Pro- active and dynamic
- At least 2 year experience
- Language proficiency: Chinese

- Good interpersonal skills

- Good public speaking and presentation skills
