Marketing Executive for Luxury Crystal Brand

We are looking for a professional Marketing Executive to join our luxury retail team at our First boutique in Vietnam, based in D1, HCMC.
As a member of the team, you will set the first impression of the luxury crystal brand in local market and help us keep our commitment to maintaining the right positioning and marketing activities locally. This role will serve as a key liaison between Headquarter in region and execute locally, focusing on driving strategic alignment with retail team. You will protect the brand, manage overall brand health and deliver excellence platform for sales team to be success.

Job Description:
Market Entrance:
• Manage budget closely and report on time.
• Achieve KPIs allocated.
• Coordinate with related department including retail team & other functions team to achieve success.
• Stay current on luxury global trends& design concept.
• Set the first impression locally coherent with worldwide positioning.
Digital experience:
• E-commerce: set up and maintain smooth operation as well as digital marketing to support e-commerce
• CRM automation: obtaining database and marketing automation to maintain relationship and upselling through digital marketing.
• Conduct and personally operate all social media channels including Facebook fanpage, IG, Youtube and continuously develop new channels: content managing, content producing, advertising, social listening.
PR & Event:
• Events: Fashion show, Exhibition, Dinner types.
• Collaboration with architecture community, luxury real estate projects.
• Press release, Media relationship management, Global vs. local launching of seasonal collections, Product shootings and local content producing, Product placement.
• Advertorial and paid media
• KOLs & Celebrities endorsement
Other skills:
• Retail development: Visual concept & display concept
• Giftings
• Customer experience: care to details, luxury customer-centric experience

• Degree in Luxury marketing, Marketing, Fashion, Art related
• Highly detail oriented and excellent organization skills.
• Work independently and solution oriented.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years previous luxurymarketing experience, luxury furniture brand experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work and communicate with global team.
• Creative, effective, and unconventional.
• Proficient English: IELTS 6.5 (or equivalent) is a must.
• Ability to prioritize workload efficiently and able to work on a flexible schedule.
