Marketing intern - nhãn hàng Glucerna - Abbott Nutrition

1, Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and aspiring marketing professional at the beginning of his/her career. He/she will assist for both ethical and consumers marketing operation under the supervision of a marketing manager, especially for the launch of Gladiator – the Glucerna innovation in the last 8 years. You will work in a fast-paced team environment and opportunity to gain broad experience in various aspects of marketing job​

- High frequency of interaction with team members and cross-function departments such as Ethical, Trade, Sale, Finance, E-commerce, Digital, CRM

- This internship program is open for fresh-graduated or final-year students who can commit almost full-time working (4-5 days per week) - 6-month contract with attractive allowance.

- Working location: Melinh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh

2, Core job responsibilities:

• Assist with daily administrative duties such as distribute marketing materials, organize marketing meetings, prepare payment documents
• Consolidate data and perform market/sales analysis and report
• Contribute to creation of marketing assets such as e-detailing, promotional POSMs, eDMs and social media content, especially for Gladiator project
• Monitor the all the marketing campaigns in term of KPIs performance, improvement suggestion and timeline tracking
• Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events

Core Skill Requirement

• Familiarity with marketing computer software (Office tools such as Word, Excel, Power point) and social media platforms (facebook, google, youtube, zalo,…)
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Ability to multitask and take initiative
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
• Good at time management and project management
• Good collaboration with cross-functions and negotiation for win-win solution

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate/ graduate course for Marketing, Communications or similar field
