Marketing Leader

We are seeking a potential Marketing Leader. You will be responsible for optimizing the Marketing strategy & product strategy to get a higher market share.
Job Responsibilities

Analyze the market, research competitors to develop suitable marketing strategies and product strategies;
Organize and implement strategies: convert into plans, with specific goals and actions, assign units to implement and evaluate implementation results.
Conduct analysis to serve the decision- making of the General Director;
Manage the team including: KOL, Content (filming & editing).

Content Marketing:

Plan to build and develop target content, control posting schedule and deploy on channels and media platforms (Facebook, Reel, TikTok, Youtube, Landing Page, ...);
Manage and coordinate the team during the filming process.
Manage the content creation process from idea to posting to attract potential customers;

KOL collaboration:

Monitor and censor the content quality of KOLs, KOCs, Influencers.
Manage & evaluate the KOL, KOC, Influencers booking plan;

Performance Marketing:

Monitor the results of advertising campaigns & make recommendations for advertising optimization.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing department to deploy advertising campaigns;

Careful, hardworking, responsible, can work under hard pressure.
Logical thinking, sensitive to new MKT trends;
5 years of experience in Marketing (MKT on Tiktok is a plus);
Good communication in English or Chinese (no degree required, will be tested during the interview);
Good leadership skills;
Good individual & team working skills;
Graduated from Marketing, Business Administration, or other related majors;
Ability to analyze & process data well;
