JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Marketing Team Leader at Uncle Bills (UBL), you will play a key role in driving our brand visibility, sales growth, and marketing innovation across both offline and online channels. Your leadership will shape how our products are presented, marketed, and sold in retail stores, e- commerce platforms, and B2B channels.
POSM & Merchandising Development
Collaborate with suppliers to design, produce, and distribute high- quality POSM materials.
Develop engaging planograms to enhance the in- store shopping experience and increase sales.
Plan and implement effective product display strategies to maximize visibility in the retail sector.
Market Analysis & Product Strategy
Work cross- functionally to plan and execute seasonal promotions and strategic campaigns.
Conduct in- depth market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
Develop and execute pricing and positioning strategies to strengthen UBL’s market presence.
Create innovative trade marketing campaigns to boost sales performance.
Brand Activation & Trade Marketing
Lead brand activation programs at retail locations to enhance brand awareness.
Train, supervise, and guide PG teams to optimize sales performance.
Oversee product launch campaigns and in- store promotional events.
E- Commerce & Digital Marketing
Implement targeted digital marketing campaigns to increase online engagement and conversion.
Manage and optimize sales on e- commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) to drive growth.
Develop and expand B2B online sales channels to unlock new business opportunities.
Team & Department Management
Represent the Marketing & Online Department in strategic leadership meetings.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the Marketing and E- Commerce team to enhance performance.
Ensure smooth operations of fulfillment and customer service for the online channel.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
Experience in managing e- commerce stores (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and B2B online sales development.
Strong background in Visual Merchandising, POSM, and Retail Marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG.
Skills & Qualities:
Proactive, adaptable, and highly responsible in a fast- paced environment.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and execution abilities.
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and passion for consumer products.
Excellent communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
English proficiency for internal and external communication.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
2 interview rounds: First with the Team Leader, followed by HR.

Monday – Friday: 08:30- 17:30
Saturday Morning: 08:30- 12:00 (1- hour lunch break)
