Marketing Leader/Manager (Web3)

Reporting to: MKT Manager
As Marketing Lead, you will be the driving force behind our marketing strategies. You will spearhead efforts to elevate our brand awareness, promote our vision, and showcase our products to the world. We seek a dynamic individual with a passion for cutting- edge technology, a deep understanding of web3 marketing, and an unwavering commitment to promoting Web3 trading and Defi solutions.
These responsibilities can include:

Lead marketing efforts and deliverables, ensure successful planning, execution, and optimisation for key marketing KPIs and budget across all channels
Developing social activities, creative through gamification, polling, ... to boost engagements
Overall managing team members’ performance
Lead the communications & marketing strategy based on positioning and research, facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels (Twitter, facebook, medium, linkedin)
Developing paid/organic content planning & strategies across various social media sites
Setting & managing social media KPIs
Work closely and cross- functionally with the management team, Product & BD team

A creative approach and curiosity to explore how social media can be used to surprise and delight audiences whilst meeting campaign objectives
Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar
Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, gaming, NFT marketplace or metaverse is required
Proven leadership and experience in a marketing role within the blockchain and crypto industries
Flexible team player with a startup mentality and a willingness to engage in tasks outside of their established skillset
Positive advocacy of social media and content as a communication tool – either as a standalone or part of integrated campaigns
Excellent verbal and written English
Organized, results- oriented operator with an ability to focus and thrive in an active and, at times, demanding environment
Proven experience in a Marketing Lead / Strategist or similar role, gained either within an agency or in- house
Persuasive and clear communication skills
