Marketing Leader

ABOUT PINGGO:
PingGo is the first social distribution platform in Vietnam, pioneering to help brands, manufacturers and distributors distribute their goods in a faster, more convenient and cost- effective way, through our Pingger community and Retailer network.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
In this role, you would be the right hand partner of CMO for Pingger development strategy and execution, aiming to build and leverage the Pingger community to achieve the company&039;s goals.

Other tasks as assigned by CMO.
Stay tuned for platform governance and collaborate with other teams (eg: Tech, Purchasing, Logistics,...) to ensure smooth and error- free customer experience for Pinggers.
Plan, manage and work with the team to implement campaigns, activities,...to attract and retain Pingger, as long as running big campaigns for brands/ distributors.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor marketing activities performance and provide insights for optimization.
Manage the budget for Pingger development: allocate the budget to different campaigns with rationales, monitor the spending, and initiate budget optimization solutions.
Work directly with the CMO and marketing team to build up the Pingger in terms of quantity and quality.
Conduct performance reports in a diligent and timely manner.

Experience/track record in selling online or building your own online business is a big plus.
Outstanding problem- solving, project management, stakeholder management, communication, and progress management skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in E- commerce/social commerce, digital marketing, campaign marketing, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, community building or similar. Prefer full- stack marketer with age range of 1994- 1999.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving market/industry trends and priorities of organization.
