The Marketing & Leasing Assistant will support the Marketing and Leasing Manager in the execution of Marketing & Leasing strategies and activities to drive tenant occupancy and retention at Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City.
* Responsibilities:
Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for property leasing. Maintaining up- to- date knowledge of market conditions and competitor activities.
Contributing to the Office Leasing Advisory Service
- Providing leasing services, subletting services directly with tenants, and coordinating the lease with leasing agencies.
- Representing Landlord for the best option for office building tenants/ best possible lease renewal terms, as well as consulting and planning future strategies to take advantage of the best possible forthcoming market opportunities.
- Coordinating with tenants and prospective tenants to schedule property tours.
- Interacting and communicating with the Tenants, the relevant Project Partners and Agencies, the Incubators, the Conference Centers, the German Consulate General, and the Local Authorities.
Communicating with legal counsels and real estate agencies with regards to the Lease Agreements. Preparing leasing documents and ensure all paperwork is properly filled out. Interacting and communicating with the Tenants, the relevant Project Partners and Agencies, the Incubators, the Conference Center, the German Consulate General, and the Local Authorities.
Planning for Product (Grade A+) promotion works constantly within budget. Assist the team in organizing promotional events and campaigns.

Fluent in English language. Additional proficiency in German language is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of leasing regulations and common practices.
Proven experience in leasing, real estate, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Minimum Required Education: Marketing, Business Administration or related field
