Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the overall short- term and long- term marketing strategies to enhance the brand recognition of La Table Hanoi in the F&B industry and directly contribute to the restaurant&039;s overall business objectives.
Develop short- term and long- term marketing strategies:
Supervise the functioning of all marketing activities, sales promotions, partnership programs at La Table Hanoia.
Plan and implement an overall short- term and long- term marketing strategy for the restaurant to increase brand recognition and attract customers.
Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure proper implementation of all marketing activities are carried out according to the proposed plan.
Manage and enhance the brand image of La Table Hanoia:
Develop crisis communications scenarios and implement them effectively when necessary.
Coordinate with suppliers, marketing agency, KOLs & other departments.
Manage content and brand image on media channels (online & offline), ensuring consistency with La Table Hanoia&039;s brand identity.
Analyze and manage reputation platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, etc.
Oversee communication channels:
Operate and optimize digital media channels such as Website, Facebook fanpage, Instagram, TikTok.
Generate ideas, create creative content and manage posting schedules and advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Organize events:
In conjunction with FBM and Marketing team to come up with ideas and implement the content of event programs at La Table Hanoia & Press Club suitable for high- end customer needs and reflect true brand values.
Coordinate with partners to get sponsorship or organize programs to increase brand recognition.
Develop and manage the budget
In charge of annual marketing budget and ensure cost optimization for each campaign.
Manage and allocate annual marketing budget.
Report and evaluate performance
Synthesize, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communication activities, sales promotions and partnership.
Report the results of implemented marketing campaigns and based on that, propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of these campaigns.
Collect and analyze customer data from media channels, evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing campaign based on clear KPIs.
