JOB SCOPE:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting the Centre’s relationship with all key stakeholders, especially Retailers and potential shoppers in the catchment area of the Centre, in addition to visitors to the Centre in the first instance, while retaining and expanding upon the Mall’s customer base through effective and attractive marketing activities.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development & execution of the Marketing Plan for the Shopping Centre. The position entails implementation of marketing strategies essential for the growth & development of the Centre, to position the Centre as the leading Centre in the market, to boost awareness, and to build up a positive brand perception in order to deliver high traffic and sales turnover for Centre Retailers.
PRIMARY OBJECTS:
Ensure that Risk Management practices are applied to minimise loss exposure to the company.
Develop & implement strategies to expand customer dwell time, cultivate customer loyalty and encourage repeat visitation.
Participate in maximization of income for the Landlord, in particular through Percentage (Turnover) Rental and Casual Leasing
Develop, execute & review marketing strategies designed to maximise both customer traffic flow for the Centre and sales potential of individual retailers throughout the Centre.
Address & remain focussed on the Landlord’s requirements & aspirations in all Centre related activity.
Contribute towards the development of an ever stronger customer service focus.
Maximize the Market Share of the Centre
Increase centre retail turnover to marketing spend ratio
Encourage customer traffic flow vertically through the Centre.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all occupational health and safety requirements, as well as compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Licensing: Ensure that all necessary licenses are secured for Marketing and Promotional Activities at the Centre..
Marketing Plan Development & Execution: Create and implement a Marketing Plan that focuses on increasing foot traffic and retailer turnover in a socially responsible manner.
Team Building: Contribute to building a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including the Landlord, Savills, Retailers, Customers, Visitors, and the media. Promote Crescent Mall as Ho Chi Minh City&039;s premier shopping, leisure, and business destination.
