Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager will lead market development and performance of the whole product categories of the company, provide strengths to company’s brand positioning in the market, formulate strategic planning and marketing directions as well as make sure for excellent executions of the marketing plans to reach strategic goals of the Company. Marketing Manager will also lead customer service team in providing excellent after- sale- service activities.

Define and align overall marketing strategies and plans to meet customer and consumer needs
Comply with Corporate & Government regulations in performing ethical business conducts
Develop and maintain engagement with external strategic partners and medical experts and professionals in strengthening collaboration to meet mutual objectives
Manage A&P investments as per agreed plans in reaching strategic goals of the Company
Manage and control the Marketing, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, work allocation, conflict resolution and termination and manage all Marketing activities in the designated country.
Develop and implement marketing and branding tools and campaigns to improve awareness, product visibility and experience, as well as brand preference for the right customer and consumer segments

10 years’ experience in the marketing field
At least 3- 5 years in a managerial capacity with leading and mentoring sales staff.
Proficiency in MS office suite
Travelling Requirements: As required
Proven track record in strategic brand planning, product life- cycle management, product launches and customer service practices
Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Advertising/Marketing
Strong in communication, self- learner, detail- oriented, proactive and systematic thinking
Proficient in the English and local language, both written and verbal
