We&039;re looking for a highly strategic and inspiring Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team to new heights.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our marketing strategy, with a primary focus on strategic planning and team leadership. You will oversee the entire marketing department, managing key areas such as user acquisition, video creative, and idea creative. The ideal candidate is not only a strategic thinker but also possesses exceptional team leadership skills to build and nurture a high- performing marketing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning:

Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and game visibility.
Utilize advanced data analytics to gain profound insights into player behavior and market trends, informing strategic decision- making at every level.

User Acquisition:

Oversee and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels to drive installs and engagement.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure seamless alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Creative Development:

Ensure that marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and consistently maintain a high level of quality and innovation.
Champion the creation of compelling video and idea creative assets that not only meet but exceed the expectations of our target audience.

Performance Analysis:

Utilize insights to iterate on strategies, optimize performance, and maximize return on investment.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

Team Leadership:

Provide hands- on mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Be the visionary leader, motivating and inspiring a team of marketing professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in mobile game marketing with a successful track record of driving user acquisition and engagement.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving industry trends.
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
