Marketing Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, services, and products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media, and other partners to enhance brand exposure.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Plan and execute events to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Creating and managing the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending across various marketing channels to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
- Building relationships with media outlets, influencers, and strategic partners to enhance the spa&039;s visibility and reputation. Organizing events, collaborations, or partnerships that elevate the spa&039;s profile.
- Collaborating with creative teams, graphic designers, and content creators to develop visually appealing and compelling marketing materials that resonate with the spa&039;s target audience.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Strong experience in social communication and good relationship with KOL/KOC is appreciated.
- Own entrepreneur mindset and teamwork
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Have a solid understanding and knowledge of Vietnam market, distribution channels and trends.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Has track record as Marketing Manager at team management role at least 1 year experience of build brand from the very beginning is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution.
