About Anfin
We are a fintech company in Vietnam with the mission to bring investment opportunities and financial literacy to everyone in Vietnam. We strongly believe in the power of the stock market to transform developing economies. Therefore, we’re building the most innovative product in wealth management, and brokerage to make that happen. We have successfully raised investment from global venture capital investors and are now expanding the team to develop our product.
Your Responsibilities
Proactively take actions to achieve targets
Lead & organize the team and allocate resources effectively with a strong marketing team consisting of content writers, video production, video editors, digital marketers, KOL management, SEO specialists, and designers
Be cross- functional team collaboration and leadership skills+ Collaborate with the product team to market the launch of new products and promote existing products+ Update & support the Customer Services team to explain users’ inquiries+ Update & coordinate with the operations team to support them in building processes
Proactively come up with ideas for campaigns, policies, and promotions to achieve targets
Rigorously utilize data analysis in the marketing team’s decision- making process. Anfin has a data- analytics team to collect, analyze and provide user insights
Have qualitative & quantitative reports weekly, monthly
Be knowledgeable about models and competitors. Pay attention and learn from global comparable models and local competitors
Take assigned goals seriously, utilize all available resources and do whatever is necessary to achieve the growth target
Our Requirements
Degree in Business or Marketing Major
Organizational and leadership skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Technical skills: Digital marketing, social media, paid ads and SEO experience
Initiative- Never sit back and wait for orders
Experience in leading and managing a marketing team (a must)
Organizational and leadership skills, leading internal team and cross- functional teams
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Goal- driven, Data- driven, Innovativeness, Hard- working
Experience in a digital service or fintech company a plus
