• Define hotel Distribution and Relationship Marketing initiatives based on market needs and cost of sales
• Instruct graphic designer for hotel photography shoots/talent where required
• Manage and develop social media sites of the property
• Coordinate marketing agencies (vendors) on marketing campaigns, creatives, and media communications.
• Review channel performance: Highlight risks, opportunities, and provide recommendations to the management team
• Responsible for all aspects of marketing, including planning, advertising, promotion, media relations, product development, distribution, sponsorship, and research
• Adhere to brand and graphic standards.
• Conduct initiatives to enhance relation with media, include but not limited to media visits, media food test, and other media events...
• Write and manage content in both English and Vietnamese for social media content, advertorials, PR articles, press releases, speeches and etc.
• Maintain collateral and conduct occasional audit following brand guideline
• Build connection with KOLs and Influencers.
• Build and implement PR plan to enhance brand awareness and promote property&039;s products and service
• Prepare administration documents required for marketing (i.e.: internet listings, advertising, and booking of directory advertising)
• Complete other tasks and jobs which assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing or GM.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotional campaigns for Hotel
• Assist Revenue Manager to develop and implement hotel Distribution marketing strategies across Websites and Online Travel Agents to increase revenue through system contribution
Other Responsibilities
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management
• Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
