We are now seeking a Marketing Manager who can drive growth through innovative strategies, engaging content, and modern technology.
Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase revenue across:
Interior design & construction projects
Showroom (Offline retail)
E- commerce (Online sales)
The ideal candidate is tech- savvy, multi- tasking, and data- driven, with hands- on experience in using AI- powered tools to boost productivity in content creation, campaign management, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Revenue Growth
Develop organic growth strategies (SEO, social media, content marketing).
Monitor key KPIs: CIR, cost per qualified lead, conversion rates, etc.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Campaign Management
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing supports lead generation and deal closing.
Coordinate marketing campaigns for furniture promotions, showroom events, and construction services.
Offline & Showroom Marketing
Drive showroom traffic through local campaigns, partnerships, and events.
Support offline branding materials (Brochures, standees, in- store displays).
Content Creation & Branding
Leverage AI tools to speed up copywriting, design, and video production.
Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and ads.
Maintain consistent brand voice across online and offline channels.
Analytics & Optimization
Provide regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards to track and analyze campaign results.
Team Leadership & Training
Develop training programs for each team member
Set performance targets and regularly review staff performance.
Train and motivate marketing staff to achieve KPIs
