Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Use data analytics to measure campaign success and refine future strategies.
Drive website traffic and conversions through optimized user experiences and targeted strategies.
Organic and Traditional Channels
Develop and scale affiliate programs, ensuring effective partnerships that drive revenue.
Plan and execute events, trade shows, and workshops to strengthen customer relationships and generate leads.
Build and manage trade marketing strategies to amplify product visibility and sales.
Brand Development & Management
Monitor brand performance and lead rebranding or repositioning initiatives when necessary.
Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s identity and messaging.
Define and implement brand strategy to enhance awareness, credibility, and customer loyalty.
Emerging Marketing Opportunities
Explore and implement mew marketing campaigns to reach new audiences.
Utilize experiential marketing techniques to create memorable customer interactions.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns
Design and manage 360- degree campaigns that integrate digital, organic, trade, and traditional channels.
Ensure all campaigns deliver cohesive messaging and branding.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Collaborate with cross- functional teams including sales, product, and customer service to align marketing efforts with business goals
Lead, mentor, and grow a high- performing marketing team.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and budget.
Track and report on KPIs to measure the impact of marketing efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
Experience: 7+ years of marketing experience, including digital marketing, branding, and managing organic channels such as trade, affiliate, and events.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Skills:
Creativity and ability to innovate in developing marketing strategies.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Data- driven marketing and analytics.
Expertise in digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation).
