Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with other team members to formulate the company&039;s product development strategy and oversee the team in executing these plans effectively. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Management
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and more.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company&039;s goals and objectives.
- Study the strategies of competitors and find ways to differentiate the organization and stay ahead in the market. Identify market opportunities that competitors may have missed.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Use data and insights to make informed marketing decisions.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing clear goals and guidance to achieve marketing objectives. Delegate tasks clearly to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as advertising agencies, PR firms, or design agencies, to execute marketing campaigns. Oversee relationships with vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
Professional Management
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, online advertising, and website management.
- Interpret data and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure campaign effectiveness, and make data- driven decisions. Identify areas for improvement and optimization in marketing strategies
- Maintain a consistent and positive brand image through branding strategies, visual identity, and messaging. Ensure brand guidelines are followed throughout the Company.
- Plan, develop, and execute advertising and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers. Collaborate with design agencies and media partners as necessary.
- Perform other duties that may be directed or requested by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Develop and manage various types of content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts, to engage the target audience
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring that resources are allocated to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
