Job scope As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support overall business objectives. You will lead a talented marketing team, collaborate with cross- functional teams, and leverage your expertise to elevate our brands in the competitive F&B market.
Responsibilities:
•Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact
•Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
•Collaborate with the operations team to develop effective sales enablement tools and materials.
•Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events.
•Lead and mentor a high- performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
•Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
